Job Description
ConMet is looking for a Senior Controls Engineer to provide electrical and PLC controls technical expertise and support for automated equipment in molding, assembly, finishing area, and satellites facilities. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer in a highly automated manufacturing environment and strong skills in PLC, industrial programming, networking, data collection, and controls.
Requirements
- Four-year Degree in Electrical Discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment
- Strong PLC, Industrial Programming, Networking, Data Collection, and Controls skills
- Proficiency in industrial robotics and vision systems
- Understanding of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) interface with automation
- Strong Computer Skills
