Construction Inspector

Role Overview

As a construction inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring on-site construction activities and inspecting materials to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and contract documents. This role reports to both the project manager and the project administrator, playing a critical part in maintaining construction quality, accuracy, and adherence to technical standards.

What You Will Do

Inspect, observe, and document construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, schedules, and contract documents. Perform mathematical calculations and field measurements to verify completed work and support payment processes.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 0-5 years of construction inspection experience (ODOT preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD software
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
