Structural Assessment Group Manager

Role Overview

As a Group Manager for the Structural Assessment practice at Consor, you will lead inspection teams to protect the traveling public. You will oversee inspections of bridges, tunnels, and other structures to ensure public safety. You will have a balance between field and office work, creating and checking reports for clients.

What You Will Do

Perform inspections of assigned bridges, prepare written reports, and lead in-depth inspections using non-destructive testing methods. Coordinate with bridge owners and other agencies on inspection schedules and traffic control.

Requirements

• Ability to lead the work of others and communicate effectively
• Experience with bridge inspection methods and procedures
• Knowledge of National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS)
• Ability to perform inspections in the field with various means of access
• ADCI Diver certification or SPRAT level 1 or higher
