Job Description
CGS is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support a large federal agency in its Agile transformation. The ideal candidate should embody an Agile mindset and be passionate about empowering an Agile culture through experience coaching, guiding, and supporting executives, managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and others.
Requirements
- Familiar with DevSecOps tools and techniques
- Ability to demonstrate superior organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Agile coaching experience
- Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience
- Strong understanding of Agile concepts with an emphasis on SAFe
- Experience as a hands-on organizational change agent
- Experience with launching Agile Release Trains
- Experience supporting and executing PI Planning events
