Accounting Manager

Role Overview

The Accounting Manager supports the Corporate Controller in overseeing corporate accounting activities, technical accounting matters, and external financial reporting within a private-equity-backed operating environment.

What You Will Do

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, support technical accounting analysis and M&A due diligence, manage debt covenant and compliance reporting, oversee accounting for capital projects and corporate SG&A functions, and lead the Accounts Payable function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA certification
• 8+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience
• Big Four public accounting audit experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial statement preparation, and technical accounting concepts
• Experience preparing or supporting debt covenant calculations and compliance reporting
• Experience managing accounts payable operations and related internal controls
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Workday strongly preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with finance leadership, auditors, lenders, and non-finance stakeholders
