
Job description
The Terminal Manager oversees all operations at the bulk liquid storage terminal, ensuring the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant handling, storage, and transfer of liquid commodities. This role is responsible for managing personnel, maintaining facility integrity, coordinating logistics, and implementing operational best practices to support customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Lead, direct, and manage terminal operations, maintenance and shipping and receiving. Implement cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries. Supervise and coordinate the activities of terminal staff, including processing time-off requests.
Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years' terminal/general management experience. Terminal Manager experience is highly preferred.
