Role Overview

The Warehouse Forklift Operator is responsible for operating manual and power forklifts, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The role involves working in a rapid-paced environment, communicating with coworkers and supervisors, and adhering to company rules and safety regulations.

What You Will Do

The Warehouse Forklift Operator will be responsible for removing completed jobs from machines, combining like jobs on pallets, communicating with supervisors, and scanning paperwork. They will also be responsible for loading and unloading material, verifying counts and weights, and examining incoming shipments for damage.

Requirements

• Able to operate a pallet jack and have updated certification to operate
• Able to comprehend, understand and follow written & verbal instructions in English
• Able to handle a rapid-paced work environment
• High School diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a similar position including warehousing
• Prior experience working in direct mail manufacturing is preferred but not required
