BAS Controls Technician

The BAS Controls Technician will play a key role in delivering high-performance HVAC and building automation systems. What You Will Do

Install, commission, and service BAS/DDC systems and components, perform point-to-point checkout, system functional testing, and calibration, troubleshoot controllers, sensors, actuators, and network communication issues.

Requirements

• Experience as a BAS Controls Technician or HVAC Controls Specialist
• Strong troubleshooting skills with BAS/DDC hardware and HVAC systems
• Ability to install and terminate low-voltage controls wiring
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Tridium Niagara, JCI, Honeywell, Siemens, or Distech
• Understanding of HVAC equipment including VAVs, AHUs, chillers, boilers, and terminal units
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a field team structure
