BAS Controls Technician

Role Overview

A BAS Controls Technician will work on building automation control systems in various facilities, including schools, hospitals, and office buildings. The role involves hands-on service, troubleshooting, and commissioning of DDC/BAS control systems.

What You Will Do

Install, wire, and configure BAS/DDC controllers, sensors, and field devices, troubleshoot HVAC sequence issues, and modify BAS programs for system performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with BAS/DDC systems
• Experience with platforms such as Tridium, Automated Logic, Siemens, Honeywell, or JCI
• Strong HVAC mechanical knowledge and comfort diagnosing control loops
• Proficient in low-voltage wiring, installation, and field calibration
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR
