As a Patient Education Consultant, you will capture, assist, and retain patients with Ostomies and clean intermittent catheterization needs. You will educate and advise patients, family members, and caregivers on the proper use of ostomy and CIC products, and develop relationships with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Capture and retain new Ostomized patients or with need for Clean Intermittent Catheterization
- Educate and advise patients, family members, and caregivers on the proper use of ostomy and CIC products
- Promote the experience and benefits of the Me+ Program to patients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Develop relationships with healthcare professionals (Surgeons, Quirófano leaders, Nurses, and other related individuals)
- Provide technical assistance support to polyclinics and surgery and ostomy consultation offices
- Advise and present products to healthcare professionals
- Conduct medical visits to healthcare professionals in specialties such as Coloproctology, Surgery, Urology, Nephrology, Physical Therapy, Neurology, among others
- Maintain contact and active participation with Associations and Patient Groups of ostomy and incontinence
- Maintain permanent communication with the different areas of the company
- Report to the coordinator of the area
- Gather key information in institutions (surgical volume, prescribers, purchasing processes) and identify barriers to access, reporting market insights
