Client Growth Manager - NYC

Role Overview

You will be the face of Conveo to our enterprise clients, driving autonomy, expansion, and advocacy. You will own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through expansion and help build the Customer Growth function as we scale.

What You Will Do

Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, run world-class onboarding, drive adoption across the client organization, build deep relationships with senior stakeholders, and generate advocacy.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in consulting, SaaS customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
• Outgoing and energetic
• You think in business outcomes, not feature checklists
• Intense — fire in the eyes. You care deeply about making clients successful
• Willingness to travel to clients
