Operations Manager

Role Overview

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our chefs. You will help to elevate the standard, streamline processes, and provide efficient guidelines to the Kitchen, Warehouse, Food Safety, Fulfillment and Logistics departments, ensuring they are all set for success.

What You Will Do

Help build a fulfillment and logistics team, handle relationships with local and regional couriers, create a positive team dynamic, ensure compliance of health and safety policies, collaborate with Customer Experience, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to complex logistics challenges.

Requirements

• 4+ years of management experience
• Previous experience in Shipping or Logistics operations
• Effective project management skills, well-versed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement
• Computer skills including knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Being able to speak conversational Spanish and/or another language
