Scheduler/Planner

Responsible for ensuring customer expectations are met in conjunction with manufacturing processes. Contacts customers on materials, shipments, purchase orders, delivery, and customer systems. Coordinates expedites, reports on delivery status, and maintains inventory levels.

Requirements

• Reviews KAN BAN system and Work in Process inventory
• Monitors and maintains vendor online systems
• Coordinates all outbound expedites to the customer
• Reports on delivery status for all customers
• Checks warehouse receipts and tab runs for discrepancies
• Orders and correlates stock from intercompany suppliers
• Maintains inventory levels on obsolete jobs
• Monitors supplier ratings on delivery performance
