
Job description
The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart. They offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience, understanding client needs and offering support. The role may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support.
Answer and place calls in a professional manner, measured on call quality. Focus on call resolution and use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and attitude, excellent written and verbal skills, and proficiency with office equipment. Bilingual skills are a plus.
