
Job description
As an IT Support Engineer, you will perform basic programming and scripting tasks to support automation, system integration, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting efforts. You will provide technical support to end users across software, hardware, and systems managed by the IT department. You will also be responsible for performing periodic preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the reliability, security, and proper operation of IT equipment and services.
Develop and implement software and hardware initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, and related peripheral equipment. Provide technical support to end users for software, hardware, and system-related issues.
