Role Overview

The Procurement Sourcing Leader will play a pivotal role in building, maturing, and scaling the supply base for Copeland's next generation of strategic platforms. This role sits at the intersection of sourcing, engineering, operations, and supplier development, ensuring new suppliers are identified, qualified, and ramped effectively to support aggressive program timeliness and long-term growth.

What You Will Do

Lead supplier onboarding and ramp-up activities for new strategic platforms, manage program timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans related to supplier performance and sourcing deliverables, partner with engineering and operations to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies and supplier capability needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier development, program management, or NPI sourcing
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier capability assessment, and supply chain risk management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-phase programs
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
