
Job description
Help the organization in project management through end-to-end coordination and delegation of information based on the needs of internal clients. Responsible for administrative and support functions related to delivery of Project and Educational Services.
Enter customer purchase orders into the system accurately and promptly. Validate order details (pricing, product group and delivery dates). Gather all information needed for a project assigned as per work instruction or scope of work and execute as necessary.
Build relationship with Project Lead, Contractors, Field Service Technician, Sales personnel, Customers, technical support, project engineers, customer service, and all involved parties to facilitate successful deliver of projects.
