
Job description
Copley Hospital is seeking an Educator to join their Nursing Leadership team. The Educator will develop, implement, and evaluate employee education and training, and serve as a clinical resource and teacher for staff nurses and other clinical staff.
The Educator will provide education and training to staff nurses and other clinical staff, respond to just-in-time requests for education, and provide advice and guidance on complex patient care problems.
This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication and teaching skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
