
Job description
We are seeking two experienced construction managers with at least 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in California community college projects. The ideal candidates will be well-rounded in planning, design management, DSA permitting, construction, and closeout phases of the project life cycle.
Manages all facets of pre-construction, bid and award, construction, and close-out phases of assigned projects. Reviews pre-construction documents, communicates with stakeholders, and prepares reports for upper management.
Ideal candidates will be client-facing, great communicators, and have experience with complex projects, DSA permitting, and LEED. The company offers a competitive salary range of $165k to $180k annually.
