Commercial Contracts Specialist

Role Overview

The Commercial Contracts Specialist will review and draft commercial and government contracts to ensure they meet legal requirements and align with Company's policies and commercial objectives. The role will involve working closely with the Contracts Manager, General Counsel, and internal and external clients to negotiate and finalize contract terms.

What You Will Do

Perform contract review and drafting, communicate with internal clients and contract counterparties, address disputes, provide advice and recommendations, and maintain contract management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, humanities, engineering, or relevant sciences
• Minimum three years' relevant industry experience, preferably in oilfield services
• NCMA Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), or WorldCC Certified Contract Management Professional (CCMP), preferred
