Lead Counter Sales Associate

Role Overview

Responsible for counter sales and customer relations, responding to escalated issues and providing training and support to new staff.

What You Will Do

Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information to customers. Upsell products and ensure merchandise displays are stocked and clean.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires 2-4 years of experience in customer service, selling, or a related field, with warehouse experience preferred. Knowledge of Core & Main product lines and experience using sales order computer software is also required.

• Must be eighteen years of age
• Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable
• 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, selling, or a related field
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge of Core & Main product lines
• Experience using sales order computer software, familiarity with Eclipse
