Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
- Relevant professional experience in lien negotiation, preferably within the U.S. legal system, with a focus on personal injury cases
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to legal and procedural details
- Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and capable of quickly adapting to new software
