Talent Acquisition Specialist - Part Time

We are hiring a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute recruitment efforts from a remote setting. You’ll work closely with the Talent Team to develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and guide them through the hiring process—all while collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional departments to ensure a smooth, efficient talent pipeline.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR role, preferably in creative or tech sectors
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced remote environment
