As a Studio Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the operations of the studio, coaching and inspiring our yoga instructors, and creating a premium sensory experience for our students.
Requirements
- Lead the operations of the yoga studio
- Coach and inspire yoga instructors
- Create a premium sensory experience for students
- Train a team of world-class yoga instructors and mindful leaders
- Maintain an appropriate level of studio supplies
- Teach a minimum of 6 aligned CPY5 classes per week
- Teach CorePower Live classes and host them at the studio
- Support training and facilitation of CPY programming and continuing education
- Communicate CorePower Yoga policies and initiatives to staff
- Develop, recruit, and retain a Core Values-driven studio team
- Train, develop, and provide feedback to Studio Coordinators
- Own staffing for the studio's class and SET schedule
- Oversee operations of the SET team
- Grow the business by setting clear and actionable goals
- Partner with the analytics team to design the best schedule for the community
- Provide solution-oriented feedback to the District Manager
- Expand CPY's influence within the community and on social media
- Own the retail business within the studio
