Data Center Technician

Role Overview

As a Data Center Technician, you will help ensure the overall availability and reliability of data center operations. This is a hands-on role focused on hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and support of mission-critical infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability, conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs, perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures, and provide technical support to data center teams.

Requirements

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and assembly
• Experience working with Linux operating systems
• Ability to regularly transport and position equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field
