CoreWeave is hiring a Staff, Data Center Augmentation Engineer to lead the engineering efforts to upgrade, expand, and optimize their data center footprint to support high-density AI workloads. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Mission Critical Operations and a deep understanding of UPS systems, backup generators, and switchgear.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in Mission Critical Operations (Data Centers, Hospitals, or Semiconductor Plants)
- Deep understanding of UPS systems, backup generators, and switchgear
- Experience with advanced cooling methodologies (CRAH, Chilled Water, Liquid Cooling)
- Familiarity with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar infrastructure build-outs or retrofits
- Ability to travel approximately 30% to data center locations globally
