The Technical Project Manager at CoreWeave is responsible for managing the execution of massive infrastructure projects, taking sites from signing through to day 2 operations. The role requires leadership and communication skills, technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience in data center deployment, infrastructure project implementation, or technical project management within a data center environment
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to successfully manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion, utilizing a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Data Center Operations: In-depth technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose innovative solutions, supported by strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities
