Division Counsel

Corning is seeking a Division Counsel to provide commercial legal support to the Advanced Optics division. The attorney will serve as primary commercial legal counsel and report to the Senior Division Counsel, Mobile Consumer Electronics.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
• Applicable bar admission
• 7+ years combined experience as a practicing attorney at one or more top law firms, U.S. government agencies and / or in-house legal departments.
• Experience with contracting in support of complex commercial transaction, intellectual property licensing, and / or U.S. Government programs is preferred.
