The Equipment & Facilities Engineering Manager leads the plant's engineering and maintenance organizations to support manufacturing operations, optimize equipment performance, and maintain critical facilities and utility systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline
- 8–10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in production operations
- Minimum 2 years of second-level leadership responsibility
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
- Proven track record of technical accomplishments such as performance improvements, capability gains, or reliability advancements
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Budget management experience
- Working knowledge of manufacturing excellence tools (AME, KT, Lean)
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively in international and multicultural environments
- Strong ownership mindset with clear commitment to plant goals
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
