Industrial Engineering Manager

Corning is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to lead hands-on operational improvement initiatives across the A.M.P.S. manufacturing site. The successful candidate will combine strong execution skills with the ability to build trust, coach others, and strengthen team capability over time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, process engineering, continuous improvement, or operations excellence
• Experience leading improvement initiatives in a hands-on production environment
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, standardization, waste elimination, and root cause problem solving
