Requirements
- Technical bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- Technical knowledge and ability, Lean experience, and operations experience
- 2-4+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- General technical curiosity and capacity to learn complex manufacturing process flow and/or equipment systems
- Ability to lead teams of manufacturing and technical resources
- Strong team player and effective communicator
