Operations Engineer

Join Corning, a leading innovator in glass, ceramic, and materials science, as an Operations Engineer. You will champion safety, implement sustainable manufacturing, and lead cost reduction projects. You will also lead safety analyses, training coordination, and operational support for new technology rollouts.

Requirements

• Technical bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Technical knowledge and ability, Lean experience, and operations experience
• 2-4+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
• General technical curiosity and capacity to learn complex manufacturing process flow and/or equipment systems
• Ability to lead teams of manufacturing and technical resources
• Strong team player and effective communicator
