Quality Team Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment (solar or electronics preferred)
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software
