Strategic Sourcing Procurement Lead

Role Overview

The Strategic Sourcing Procurement Lead is responsible for managing critical supplier and commodity relationships to ensure the reliable supply of quality materials and services at the lowest total cost. This role partners closely with business development, program management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive sourcing strategies, supplier performance, quality improvement, risk mitigation, and effective contract negotiations.

What You Will Do

Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and supplier quality. Serve as the plant buyer, managing the full supplier lifecycle from RFQ through contract execution and invoice resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, or related roles
• Technical knowledge of print reading, dimensional interpretation, and general engineering principles
• Experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration
• Experience managing multiple priorities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
