We are seeking a Learning Designer to design engaging and effective online learning experiences for our programs on data, AI, and other technology areas. The role involves working with clients, operations, and instructors to create impactful learning experiences that meet client goals and Correlation One's mission.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience working in a Learning or Instructional Designer role
- Strong understanding of corporate training for AI and AI-adjacent technical topics
- Expertise in designing courses for online learning, both synchronous and asynchronous training
- Data-driven and results-oriented
