Senior Service Technician

As a Senior Service Technician at Cortland Partners, you will maintain the physical integrity of a multimillion dollar, multifamily apartment home community for residents, visitors, and associates alike. You will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing a wide range of systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, structural, lighting, and security systems. You will also be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance and ensuring that all tools are in perfect condition.
