We are an established company in residential and commercial real estate with headquarters in Duisburg, Germany, looking for a Facility Manager to oversee technical installations in our objects in Duisburg.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge in the area of gas, water and sanitation (GWS) or comparable qualification
• Technical understanding and experience in dealing with technical installations
• Independent, structured and responsible working method
• High level of commitment and hands-on mentality
• Ability to recognize problems early and act solution-oriented
• Communication strength and team ability
• Willingness to familiarize oneself with new technical topics
