Returns Inspector Processor

Role Overview

Cosmo Appliances is a rapidly growing appliance brand seeking a Returns Specialist to assist in ensuring warehouse policies and procedures are followed and product distribution goals are achieved. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You Will Do

Inspect, test, repair, and organize returned kitchen appliances, receive return merchandise, distribute returned items, and identify and report recurring product or packaging quality issues.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in returns / quality control / inspections
• Able to individually lift and maneuver up to 70 lbs frequently and repetitively
• Experience with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Proficient in working with smart phones to perform daily tasks (taking photos, sending emails)
• Forklift certified (plus but not required)
• Able to stand for long hours and move quickly on feet
• Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment
• 1+ years of prior experience in returns or a distribution, warehouse, or other inventory handling environment
• Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures
