Job Description
We are a global coffee brand looking for a Lead D365 Technical Manager to work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and a managed service provider to ensure our D365 system aligns with business requirements and supports our growth objectives.
Requirements
- Overseeing Support & Maintenance for Dynamics 365
- Management of D365 platform and customized code releases.
- Integration monitoring and D365 platform health monitoring and remediations.
- System administration task responsibilities for D365
- Responsibility for D365 configuration changes into Production and overseeing development work as part of an Agile development model
