Lead Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are searching for a full-time Lead Data Analyst to join our team to act as the senior-most individual contributor for analytics within the BizBuySell product organization. This role will own marketplace-level analytics, define analytical standards, and drive insight that shapes product strategy, monetization, and broker success.

What You Will Do

Define and own core operational metrics to measure impact of enhancements, assess risks and drive revenue growth. Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand user behavior, product trends and areas of opportunity for major product initiatives.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will operate as an analytics strategist and architect, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to answer the most ambiguous and consequential questions facing the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university
• 8+ years of experience as a data analyst
• Expert-level SQL and Excel skills
• Expertise with business intelligence software (i.e. Power BI, Looker, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain nuanced findings to non-technical audiences
