Job description
Lead multiple software engineering teams within the Payment Integrity business, providing strategic and technical leadership to deliver high-quality software solutions. Champion an AI-native approach to software delivery, integrating AI tools, automation, and intelligent engineering workflows.
Build and lead a multi-team engineering organization, improve delivery throughput, advance AI-enabled engineering practices, lead roadmap execution, and partner across product, program, operations, and business teams.
Requires a hands-on, lead-by-example leader who sets the standard for AI-native engineering, with experience designing and delivering complex software systems, leading multiple teams, and advancing engineering practices.
