Job Description
We need an LNA to join the Med Surg department to provide supportive care to patients and assist nurses in the provision of care.
Requirements
- Provides supportive care for patients in their activities of daily living
- Accurately communicates patient information to the appropriate team
- Responds according to unit procedure in emergency situations
- Floats to other units as necessary
- Safely transports patients to and from other departments and areas
- Participates in the admission or discharge of patients
