Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex data center construction projects from start to finish. As a Consertus Project Manager, you will manage cross-functional teams, oversee every stage of the project lifecycle, and provide strategic guidance to clients and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Lead projects through planning, design, permitting, construction, and turnover. Manage complex budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and reporting processes. Oversee client and vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, with a proven track record delivering complex projects
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in project management software (Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills
