Job Description
The Programme Manager will support the effective implementation of the MEDICRIME and THO Conventions from a law-enforcement perspective, providing expert guidance and technical assistance, and designing, coordinating, and delivering related activities. The role involves developing intelligence reports, managing the MEDICRIME 24/7 Network, and providing practical law-enforcement expertise to combat falsified medical products and organ trafficking.
Requirements
- Hold a higher education degree or qualification equivalent to a master's degree in law, political or social sciences, international relations or a related field
- Have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in law-enforcement functions, or monitoring or implementation in the fields of human rights or health policies
- Have very good knowledge of one of the two official languages of the Council of Europe (English) and knowledge of the other (French)
- Be a citizen of one of the member States of the Council of Europe
