Senior Manager, HRM

Coupang is looking for a Senior Manager, HRM to manage accurate payroll and benefits administration, compliance with Taiwan labor laws, and efficient HR operations. The role requires strong expertise in Taiwan labor regulations, attention to detail, and experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of solid experience in HR operations or payroll and benefits administration
• Proficient in Taiwan's Labor Standards Act and related labor regulations
• Experience handling payroll and benefits for a large employee base
• Excellent data processing skills and high attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in HRM system management
