Requirements
- Extensive experience in HR (HR or HRBP)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to collaborate with senior management
- Knowledge of Japanese market HR, including ER, attendance management, talent management, and performance management
- Native-level Japanese language skills and business-level English language skills
- Proven track record of success in HR
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
