We are seeking a Senior Strategic Talent Partner to join our Osaka-based team, responsible for handling labor issues, customer complaints, and performance management, as well as providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in HR (HR or HRBP)
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to collaborate with senior management
• Knowledge of Japanese market HR, including ER, attendance management, talent management, and performance management
• Native-level Japanese language skills and business-level English language skills
• Proven track record of success in HR
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
