Sr. HRM Manager

Coupang is looking for a Sr. HRM Manager to lead its expansion in Taiwan. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, drive organizational excellence, and ensure global consistency in HR systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of total HR experience with a focus on HRM operations
• 5+ years of experience in a people management role, leading and developing HR teams
• Ability to solve complex problems through strategic thinking and cross-functional partnerships
• Strong drive to attain challenging operational targets and ensure organizational compliance
• Extensive experience in managing Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR systems such as Workday
