Requirements
- Fluent Chinese (reading, writing, speaking, and listening), with basic English reading and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and quickly handle problems in a high-pressure environment
- Good adaptability and variability, with clear logic and the ability to handle high-sensitivity or high-emotional cases
- Good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convert verbal communication into written data
- Experience in handling high-sensitive complaints
- Experience in customer service supervisor returns
- Experience in e-commerce platform operation
