Requirements
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Provide technical direction and hands-on implementation for IT projects.
- Work directly with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Design and configure IT systems, networks, and infrastructure that meet client requirements.
- Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring technical specifications are met, and that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the scope.
- Configure, test, and implement new systems, software, and technologies, ensuring that all solutions work seamlessly and meet client expectations.
- Address any technical issues that arise during project implementation, working quickly and effectively to resolve problems and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all systems, configurations, and processes related to each project.
- Provide training and guidance to clients and internal teams on new systems and technologies implemented as part of the project.
- Report on project status to stakeholders, including progress updates, potential risks, and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Offer post-project support, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and helping clients with ongoing maintenance or future upgrades.
