Job description
The Engineering Program Manager will lead the development and maintenance of Quality functional strategies, plans, and schedules to meet project goals and manage risks. They will represent the voice of quality while directing the development of new concepts from initial design to market release.
Responsibilities may include developing and maintaining Quality functional strategies, plans, and schedules, representing the voice of quality, communicating key program information, establishing and maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners, and monitoring documentation maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within the job area, excellent verbal and communication skills, and experience with Advanced Project management, medical device product development, or Design Assurance or Quality roles.
