Retail Sales Associate

Cox Communications is looking for a Retail Sales Associate who creates phenomenal customer service experiences and drives sales while making customers feel special. The role requires a strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to meet established sales targets, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Requirements

• Minimum: HS diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a service-oriented, fast-paced team environment
• Ability to be mobile within the store for long periods of time
• Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products, services, and accessories
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
